It is available to individuals who live, work or are registered with a GP in the Dudley Borough. It aims to promote and protect both the physical and mental wellbeing of the population. WebLots of good reasons to get moving! Kids need to be active for at least 60 minutes a day, with 30 minutes of this outside of school.
