This dashboard enabled queue monitoring and also enabled a supervisor to change an agent state from Forced release to available or move an agent between queues. SpletWhen a supervisor is in softphone mode and initiates a silent monitor, they can only hear the agent and not the 3rd party (the person the agent is on the phone with). When the silent monitor is initiated by the supervisor with their extension assigned to a desk phone, all parties can successfully be heard by the monitor.
