WebWe are the main provider of community and inpatient services for people living with dementia across Hampshire and Southampton. What we do We provide multi-professional assessment and treatment for people living with dementia across Hampshire, usually in their own homes and also in our hospitals, our memory clinic services and in care homes. WebOur later life and memory service inpatient wards provide support for adults with memory problems such as dementia who require short-term inpatient care. We have memory inpatient wards in Knowsley (Knowsley Resource and Recovery Centre - Rydal Unit) and Warrington (Hollins Park - Kingsley Ward).
