This is consistent, not just sometimes, but everytime I press the horn it will become normal again and every time I release it it will continue to rev (eradically for a second or two to adjust for the voltage draw maybe). WebFeb 9, 2024 · The only thing that can trigger the relay is grounding the relay coil to pull it closed. That grounding is from the horn button, clockspring &/or the wire between the button & the relay. It is not too likely the button is intermittently grounding but possible, I guess, & you have replaced the clockspring. Much more likely there is a bare spot ... Web0 answers. Can't find the secondary release for the hood on 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The cable from the cab is fine. The hood does jump up a short distance.
