The way TTW and New California are built is that they both use thousands of things from Fallout New Vegas for their own purposes. WitrynaTTW is basically a whole-ass new install. There's no point in having it in your game if your primary goal is to play The Frontier. The Frontier is recommended for a new character, not one with a lot of experience. That being said, if you want to play Fallout 3, then The Frontier, then TTW would be your best bet, but I wouldn't recommend it.
