However, when outputs switched (via HDMI) to TV display the flashing red LED begins. Flashing persists regardless of display, until I power off, unplug/plugin to PSU and power back on. I have read that it is something do with a lack of power to the card, but I have a 650w power supply (which is more than enough). The pc also boots as normal and there is no evidence for lack of power.
